  1. Can I order a sample of your tiles?

    Yes, you can. Simply find the porcelain tiles that you would like to receive a sample of, select "BUY SAMPLE" and add it to the cart, It only cost £2.99 and it is delivered next day.

  2. What happens if my order includes damaged tiles?

    Over the time we have improved the way we pack and secure our porcelain tiles when preparing the orders, thanks to which we managed to achieve phenomenal record of only 3% of all orders that arrived damaged to our customers last year. However, if you receive your tiles broken there is nothing to worry about as we take full responsibility, all you need to do is call us, or send us an email along with some pictures of the actual damage and brief note describing what happened and how many tiles needs replacing. We will do the rest.
    Please check your order for any visible damages before signing for it.
    If you feel there are damages please sign as DAMAGED and then inform us within 48hours with the total quantity including pictures.

  3. Do you take returns?

    If you change you mind for any reason after receiving the tiles you can return them back to us and receive full refund for the tiles.
    * Please note that delivery charge is not refundable.

  4. What payment methods does your porcelain tile shop accept?

    We use Sage Pay, which means we accept most major debit and credit cards, including VISA, Maestro and MasterCard. The information processed in the checkout is protected and encrypted by SSL.

  6. Do you deliver your products?

    All palletised orders are **KERBSIDE** only.
    We work with a courier company, which is responsible for delivering the orders across the country. Preparation takes one working day, while the shipping service up to four.

  7. How do I take care of the installed porcelain tiles?

    Our floor porcelain tiles do not require a lot of attention. You have to remember about regularly dusting and mopping them. To avoid scratches, do not use vacuums, especially when it comes to polished porcelain tiles, which can be damaged by the hard floor plastic brush. To remove the stains from the tiles, use a soft nylon brush, but do not forget about wetting it. After performing these actions, you can apply a chosen cleaning solution, which is going to protect the surface in the future.

  8. Do you have a shop where I can come and see the tiles?
